THE TUTOR
Professor Serna Mr. Serna has over 20 years of teaching experience, specifically in the areas of Mathematics and Computer Science and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He has taught at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Colegio Universitario Francisco de Miranda (Venezuela), Syracuse University (New York State), State University of New York at Oswego, Florida Institute of Technology (Melbourne, Florida), among others, and is the author of textbooks of Calculus I and II. Mr. Serna obtained his Bachelor degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Physics from the Instituto Pedagogico de Caracas, in Venezuela. A few years later he obtained two Master Degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology, one in Computer Science and the other in Business Administration. Mr. Serna has also obtained two other Master Degrees from Syracuse University in New York: a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science. |
